Deleting your FlipCast Duo account

To request deletion of your FlipCast Duo account and associated data, email hello@flipcast-duo.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will delete your account and personal data, including your email address and profile information, within 30 days of the request. Purchase and transaction records that we are legally required to keep for accounting and tax purposes may be retained for up to 7 years, as required by law.
