3. RECORDING & MEDIA CONTENT

FlipCast Duo is primarily designed to process recordings locally on your device.

We do not review, monitor, or access your personal recordings unless:

  • You explicitly upload content to us
  • You contact support regarding a media issue
  • Required by law

Users remain fully responsible for the content they record, store, share, or distribute using the application.


4. CLOUD STORAGE & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some features may allow exporting or uploading recordings to third-party cloud platforms or services.

Where third-party services are used, their own privacy policies and terms will apply.

FLIPCAST-DUO Ltd is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or data handling policies of third-party services.


5. ANALYTICS, DIAGNOSTICS & PERFORMANCE MONITORING
